Shipping


Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that estimated times may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Although we take care to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages once shipped. If your package appears missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Returns

We know that sometimes a purchase isn’t quite right. If you're not fully happy with your order, our team is here to support you.

To begin a return, contact our customer service team at hello@resident-store.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number & reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

You may return your order so long as the products are unused and in new condition, in their original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note: returns are available for Australian orders only. We’re unable to accept returns on international purchases. Unless your order is deemed faulty by our team, the return shipping fee is at the expense of the customer.
